Delete your Sahla account

In the app (quickest)

Open the Sahla app and sign in.
Open My account.
Tap Delete my account and confirm.

If you have a ride in progress, finish it first.

Without the app

Email support@sahla.website with the phone number on your account and ask us to delete it. We'll confirm the number is yours and delete the account within 7 days.

What is deleted

Deleted straight away: your name, phone number, saved places, emergency contact and notification data.
Kept without your name or number: past trips (places, price, times), for accounting and complaints. The car's route is deleted after 12 months.
